Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
